I had been eating at noon and 6, fasting the rest of the time, since March. Minimal refined carbs and no added sugar except on a few special occasions. I also had based my routine on Fung’s writing. I was really hopeful, but I just decided to give it up. I was hungry and miserable all the time and my weight is unchanged. I’m glad you’ve found something that works well for you. You look great!
