I get that landlord profits are not what people think. I rent out my old house and don’t make money on it and won’t until it’s paid off. However, you know landlords wouldn’t be renting places out if they didn’t expect to make some kind of profit. I’m only doing this bcz I couldn’t sell it in 2008. I didn’t choose this house to be a rental place.
