I find it quite easy to cut out 100 percent of sugar. Go cold turkey and cook from scratch (I generally do this anyway) including all condiments and sauces. After a few days, you don’t miss it a bit. However, why bother? Never has cutting out sugar made a damned bit of difference for me. I have never lost weight ,looked better, slept better, had one bit more energy or detected any other difference from removing sugar from my diet. I’ve given it a try several times in the past, but no more. It’s a form of self-denial that is utterly pointless. Pass the chocolates!
