I don’t think many if any babies do well with schedules. Babies who scream have a reason, and that reason might be that they aren’t held enough or have an allergy to something their mom is eating or a hundred other things, but it’s necessary to try to solve the mystery.
I am never bored. I wasn’t bored with babies and I’m not bored as a grandma—I always have my own thoughts to occupy me.
