I don’t think “anyone” can learn to draw. I can’t “see” things to draw them. If a police sketch artist asked me to describe my husband, I’d not be able to. I’ve no idea what shape his nose is. When people change their hairstyle, I might not even recognize them. I believe this is connected with my inability to draw.
