I did get a tattoo a few years ago -- it's two lines of my favorite Rilke poem in a typewriter font. It's a simple tattoo that didn't cost too much, plus I was able to purchase a gift certificate to that tattoo shop someone else got for Christmas at a discount and use that -- I'm always schemin' of course!
