I appreciate every word of this. I’ve been in the working class for most of my life, and frankly, restaurants like these do allow people like me to have a night out. And I don’t care what anyone says, Olive Garden’s breadsticks and salad are quite enjoyable. If hipsters ate them elsewhere, they’d rave about them. As far as Red Lobster goes, read Adeline Dimond’s piece that mentions Red Lobster in the title for one of the finest pieces of writing ever to appear on this platform.
