I agree with you about a lot about this. Particularly natural pregnancy. I'd have wanted that even if I had had an incubator. I can imagine people saying the sight of an advanced pregnancy is distasteful -- just as some people criticize moms who want to nurse and say they should give bottles when in public -- something I never once did.
