He didn’t invent or design these things. He had the money and connections. He had some vision and ideas, but mostly he had the money and connections.
A lot of people have good ideas, but we can’t make them happen without money and connections.
As for your assumption that I’m greedy and selfish, nope. I don’t go grubbing for money and I certainly don’t hoard resources. Quite the opposite.
