Hi, Anastasia. I was excited to read this and compare!

So, I'm more passionate about politics than you are, but I'm with you on most of this. We have one very small, cheap TV tucked away in our bedroom. I dislike TV and don't want it to be a big part of our life. We splurged on an espresso machine even though we do without quite a few things that most Americans think you have to have, like a dishwasher (or a big TV). I also have to admit that my house is far too big, but one reason we chose it was its low cost -- less than $100K.
