Hey, where are you? Where's this bakery? I bet a lot of people would love to know!

I would love to get a short-term job at a place like that. What I really want to do, actually, is get to work for a day or two at a European bakery and really see how it's done. I always think my bread is good but when we get to go back to Europe (which we haven't been able to do now for almost 8 years, unfortunately) I am BLOWN AWAY by how much better their bread is.
