Here's a question I've never seen answered:
Is it possible to train yourself to ignore your hunger?
We can all do it for short periods. I wonder how much longer I can simply refuse to respond to my body's demand for food. If you just resign yourself to it, will that work? It sounds like increased hunger doesn't ever go away. But can you learn to adjust to it? Is there any medication at all besides the out-of-my-reach injections that can help?
