Half of Americans can’t afford this. Some will prioritize a car over other needs, but most of us will not. If you want people like me to purchase a new car, make it affordable. I don’t want all those extras. I want a simple, safe, reliable car. Nobody is making them anymore. Our cars are around 20 years old and we have no plans to replace them.
