Grew up in a ruby-red small town. It’s possible I’m the only lib in my high school class of 39 people! I think all the reading I did that shaped me. I read about so many different cultures. Actually, I considered myself independent until Trump came along. I’ll never vote for another Republican now. I always thought he was a vulgar buffoon, but Jan. 6 was absolutely shocking and I don’t see why that wasn’t a deal breaker for everyone. There’s a difference between conservatism and Trump — or idea to be.
