Exams are very, very brief now. I can barely introduce myself before the doctor (or nurse practitioner) feels he or she knows all they need and is ready to move me out of there.

As a result, I no longer see much point in seeing a doctor for diagnosis. I use Google and see a doctor if I've determined I require a test, procedure or prescription.
