Children will develop their sexuality in their own time. I’d be very alarmed by any attempts to stifle a child learning about his own body. It’s none of your business or mine if/when a child discovers his or her own sexuality. Some little kids don’t understand they should seek privacy — it’s a simple matter to tell a young child exploring their own body that that’s private. Protect them from predators and let them know their body is their own.
