Cashew was found running around a cemetery. She had a horrible tumor on her leg. This was either Tennessee or Kentucky; my other dog, Mr. Joe, was a stray as well but I've forgotten which was which.

So they amputated Cashew's leg and when I saw a dog believed to be 10 years old with only three legs, I knew I'd found my dog!

She has dental patterns that suggest she spent a lot of time confined to a kennel, biting it. Poor little mite.
