But what if you don’t lose weight anyway? What if you skip breakfast and eat only lunch and dinner, no snacks, are eating quality, homemade, veggie-rich food (which is what I always eat!), no sweets, but don’t lose? I’m hungry when I go to bed. I’m hungry when I wake up. I’m hungry at all times. I thought when I started reading this that maybe IF would work. I’ve been at for a month. If I’ve lost anything, it’s minimal and within the normal variance. It goes down a pound or two and up a pound or two. I’m awfully hungry and I get very little pleasure from my meals without carbs , PLUS it’s not working. If things don’t change soon, I’m going to stop. Why starve for no reason? I miss my brown rice, my oatmeal, my lentils and my beans. It’s 6:30 a.m. and I’m longing for my vegetables and eggs at noon!
I wish ozempic etc. were available so I wouldn’t feel so much hunger.
