Amen. I agree with everything you said. I write about this topic frequently and can vouch for everything you say. And I’m saying as a baby-crazy mom and grandma who really loves everything about birth, babies and breastfeeding! But also, I’m married to a European, where birth is safer and mothering is better, and I know America has lost its way.
