All her solutions are tone-deaf. These are rich person ideas of what poor people should do. Many of these ideas work great for middle-class people but not at all for poor people. If you can pay off tens of thousands in a short time, it means you have enough money -- you just didn't know how to handle it. A person making $70K can pay off debt by deciding to voluntarily live on only $50K for a few years. Now try giving that advice to a person making only $30K per year. That's tone-deaf!

And to claim everyone can put back $25 each payday is just ... ugh. Not everyone can. And not everyone can work yet another job if they are already exhausted and not getting enough sleep. If you're just working one cushy job and you have weekends off, sure, you can pick up some kind of side gig. Not everyone gets weekends off, though.
