A lovely memorial.

I lost my sister, Tracey, two years ago. She died in a car wreck after beating breast cancer.

I planted a Montmorency tart cherry tree to remember her by, because we always used to pick cherries and make pies together when we were children. I hope to harvest a few cherries next year and when I close my eyes and slip the first one into my mouth, I believe I will magically return to about 1980. I hope to see her there.
